the swimming pool proved wonderful. the food was very nice. smoothies tasted great on the terrace. the location was excellent, near shops and attractions.
the noise level from neighboring rooms was noticeable, mainly the sound of doors closing.

I appreciated the luggage storage facility. It had nice laundry facilities. The hotel allowed my mom and sister to use our room to get ready for the 2am flight. The staff offered us clean towels and a pool shower to prepare for our flights as we waited by the pool.
The air conditioning made our floor wet. They gave us extra towels and apologized many times for it. They fixed the issue when we checked out. I found the situation inconvenient though.

I loved the hotel's atmosphere. the pool area was very pretty. the bed was massive and comfortable. the water pressure in the shower stood out to me. It was the best shower i had in months!!!
the hotel asked me to pay upfront for my food from the restaurant. i felt a slight lack of trust regarding settling the bill after the meal. this felt a bit strange.
